California natives are a rare find! I was born on the California Coast, and raised in the foothills of Tahoe. Growing up, I spent many Saturdays and Sundays with my Father, a retired Realtor, greeting guests at open houses and listening to talk about their hopes and dreams for a new place to call home.  It was such an inspiring experience early on… I knew I wanted to become a Realtor one day and follow in my Dad’s footsteps.

I loved those moments, and they are memories that have stuck with me throughout the years. As soon as I was 18, I wanted to get my real estate license but was given wise advice…get real-life experience, and get a little older so that people could trust me with such a big decision.  Off to college where I studied English with a focus on Shakespeare.   

During my 24+ years in the Real Estate Industry, I have been a real estate professional: I hold a California License but started with a Washington license. I have been a Real Estate Instructor, a Marketing Manager for a Title and Escrow company, and have worked as a Mortgage Broker and Account Manager for a Wholesale Lender.

I am a certified Global Luxury Realtor with Coldwell Banker. Qualification for the certification is at a high standard; requires having sales of homes at or above luxury value over 2 years. I have been working diligently and thoughtfully to maintain this standard for years.

For me being a certified Global Luxury realtor is more than home value, whether a high-end luxury home, condo, or manufactured home: Global Luxury is a level of service I provide to ALL my clients. My most gratifying moments are working one-on-one with her clients, listening to their needs, and helping them to reach their goals.
